Is it low T?
The symptoms are real. The cause needs checking.
Fatigue, low libido and losing strength can come from low testosterone. They can also come from poor sleep, extra weight, stress, thyroid problems or a medication.
That is why testing comes first. A result can change with the time of day, so testosterone is usually measured in the morning and repeated. If your levels are normal, you will hear that too, along with where Dr. Gurrala would look next.
Why men come in
Low energy that sleep doesn’t fix
Low libido or weaker erections
Losing muscle, or gaining fat without an obvious reason
Low mood, irritability or poor focus
Slower recovery from workouts
How Dr. Gurrala treats it
Medical care, not a testosterone storefront.
1
Confirm the diagnosis
Lab work, your symptoms and your medical history come first. Dr. Gurrala won’t prescribe based on a questionnaire.
2
Talk through fertility and risk
Testosterone can reduce fertility and needs monitoring. You should know that before you begin, and it may change which treatment makes sense.
3
Choose a treatment
Injections, creams and pellets each have tradeoffs in convenience and consistency. Your choice depends on your life and your labs.
4
Monitor and support it
Follow-up labs keep treatment on track. Strength training with Delos Fit and InBody scans help you see whether your muscle and fat are moving in the right direction.

Questions
What patients ask Dr. Gurrala.
How do I know if I have low testosterone?
Only symptoms plus lab tests can tell you. Blood is usually drawn in the morning, and low results are generally confirmed with a repeat test. Dr. Gurrala does this evaluation at Delos Longevity in Sterling, Virginia. Start with a free consultation.
How long does TRT take to work?
Some men notice changes in energy, mood or libido within several weeks. Changes in muscle and body composition usually take months, and they depend on training and nutrition as well.
Will TRT affect my fertility?
It can. Testosterone therapy can lower sperm production substantially, so tell Dr. Gurrala if you might want children.
Do I have to stay on it for life?
Not necessarily, but symptoms often return when treatment stops. Dr. Gurrala will talk this through with you before you start, and if you later want to stop, he will plan it with you.
