Comprehensive lab work looks at your hormones, thyroid, metabolism, heart risk, nutrients and inflammation. Dr. Gurrala goes through the results with you.
Being told “normal” isn’t always the end of the conversation.
A result can be in range and still not explain how you feel. And numbers that are drifting in the wrong direction may be easy to overlook if nobody is watching the trend.
Dr. Gurrala looks at your labs alongside your symptoms and your history, and uses them to decide what to do next.

Questions
What patients ask Dr. Gurrala.
Which blood tests should I get for longevity?
There’s no single list. A useful starting point often covers metabolic and heart markers, hormones, thyroid, nutrients and inflammation, chosen according to your age, history and goals. Dr. Gurrala orders and interprets these at Delos Longevity in Sterling, Virginia.
I already had labs done. Can I bring them?
Yes, please do. Recent results give Dr. Gurrala useful context and may reduce what needs repeating.
Will my insurance cover labs?
Coverage varies. Ask us at your consultation, and we’ll go through what to expect before you decide.
