Why measure

You can’t tell what’s working if you don’t know where you started.

A baseline shows you what is happening now. Repeating the same tests shows what has changed, so treatment isn’t guesswork.

Dr. Gurrala won’t order every test for every patient. He recommends what would actually change your care, and goes through the results with you in person.

Questions

What patients ask Dr. Gurrala.

Do I need to do every test?

No. Dr. Gurrala recommends the tests that fit your concerns. Most patients begin with a blood draw, an InBody scan and a VO2 max test at Delos Longevity in Sterling, Virginia.

How soon do I get my results?

InBody and VO2 max results are available right after the test. Lab results are usually back in three to five days. Dr. Gurrala then goes through them with you in person.

What does testing cost?

That depends on which tests you choose. We will give you the price before anything is done.
